PROFILE

Mr Tom Köller is a Luxembourg career diplomat with extensive experience in defence policy, international security and multilateral relations. He is currently Deputy Secretary-General of the Benelux Union and previously served as Director of Defence at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Luxembourg. He has recognized expertise in bilateral, regional and multilateral relations, policy advice and representation before international institutions.
