Your personal data is intended exclusively for the Benelux General Secretariat and solely for the purposes of our communication.

Where do we store your data and for how long?

Your data is stored in secure datacenter in Belgium and the Netherlands.

We apply the principle of data minimisation and therefore only process what is necessary to achieve the intended purpose. Depending on the category of data, it will be kept for 1 or 5 years, after which it will be destroyed or made anonymous.

What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

You have a number of privacy rights. You can ask us what personal data we process about you. If this data is incorrect, you can ask us to correct it.

If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

In certain cases, you may request that your data be deleted, transferred or that the processing of your data be restricted. You may also object to the processing of your data.
