Reconciliation
Rooted in their national and regional expertise, the ombudsmen of the Benelux countries work together to investigate the cross-border impact of complaints. The complaints submitted by our citizens appear to be mainly related to labour mobility, taxes, social security and transport. Each year, the Benelux network of ombudsmen organises a consultation and a thematic meeting on an issue that emerges as a priority from complaints about cross-border trade.
